Return, Refund, and 15-Day Free Trial Policy

At Rallune, we offer a 15-day free trial return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not satisfied with your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@rallune.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

15-Day Free Trial

We want you to feel confident when trying Rallune products. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving the item.

Approved returns under our 15-day free trial include both defective and non-defective products, as long as the item is returned in acceptable condition with its original packaging and accessories.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, Rallune provides a free return shipping label. We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us immediately at support@rallune.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund after reviewing the issue.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. To request an exchange, please contact us first at support@rallune.com.

The fastest way to make sure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

United Kingdom and European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.

To be eligible for a return under this right, the item must be returned in acceptable condition, with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days after approval. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note: All refunds are subject to a 15% deduction to cover non-recoverable payment processing fees. This fee is charged by our payment processor and is outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding.
